With over 15 years of experience in design, photography, and creative direction, my work has always centered on one thing: translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories.

At IDEO, I was part of the global marketing communications team, shaping how the firm's work showed up in the world through creative direction, photography, and visual storytelling. When IDEO launched IDEO U, I designed and art directed the branding and visual system for the platform.

Following IDEO, I founded Alana Ippolito Creative, partnering with organizations across education, food, and design on brand identity, photography, and communications strategy.

Currently focused on health content and strategy. Open to opportunities where communication, design thinking, and health intersect.
